Bob Kissel, Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CE0), age 45. As the technology inventor having “lived the dream”, he possesses the long-term strategic vision needed to navigate the Company throughout its’ business development and beyond. An avid proponent of Nautilus inventor Arthur Jones, Mr. Kissel sought to logically extend the Nautilus concept that revolutionized the industry in the early 1970’s. After managing a Nautilus fitness center during college, he conceived and built multiple prototypes. Meanwhile, Mr. Kissel marketed office copiers/printers/software for Fortune 500 technology companies such as Xerox ® and bootstrapped the invention until outside resources were required. Mr. Kissel attended the University of Missouri – St. Louis and earned his degrees in Business and Psychology in 1985.

 

Mr. Kissel’s responsibilities involve creating and re-inventing the business model which includes intellectual property, marketing strategy, operational business plan, financial reporting, and overall stakeholder value, respectively. His assignment is to oversee production and marketing initiatives, interface with the media, protect intellectual property, and manage the overall the business. Mr. Kissel is also chairman of the Board of Managers.

 

 

 

Ed Eubanks, Chief Operating Officer (COO), age 57. Mr. Eubanks is a manufacturing specialist. Mr. Eubanks spent ten years working with Brown Shoe Company in several capacities. He was responsible for inventory coordination and instrumental in reducing the quality control loss and inventory control loss from 3% to .0001%. He was promoted to Assistant Plant Manager working with leather manufacturers and buyers. Mr. Eubanks was promoted to Buyer and was able convince the different shoe divisions to utilize slow and inactive materials saving the company over $1,000,000 in one year alone. Mr. Eubanks then spent 18 years in the automobile after-market parts business and became a successful personal trainer before meeting Mr. Kissel.

 

Mr. Eubanks looks inside toward operations, and is directly responsible for the overall manufacturing and sourcing of the products including packaging, procurement, and quality control. His assignment is to manage Asian production, manage dealer and service technicians, and administer accounts receivable and payable. Mr. Eubanks joins Mr. Kissel on the board.

 

 

 

Will Montgomery, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), age 42. Mr. Montgomery possesses over eighteen years of sales and marketing through Senior Management experience with Johnson & Johnson® and other Medical and Surgical Device companies. While at Johnson & Johnson, he participated as a member of a strategic technological acquisition team that acquired start-up Indigo Medical. Mr. Montgomery was also successful in bringing computer based surgical instrumentation to the medical market as the 8th field employee hired by Power Medical Interventions®. Power Medical is a technology-based medical device start-up company as well. He attended Grand Valley State University, in Allendale, Michigan, on a football scholarship and graduated with a degree in Bio-Medical Sciences.

 

A former manager of a Nautilus health club, he possesses a strong understanding of the fitness industry as well as high technology marketing. Mr. Montgomery’s responsibilities include managing the marketing and sales operations of Exertron.
